Growing up on his family’s rice and buffalo farm in Tamil Nadu, India, Sel would watch his grandmother blend aromatic spices which would later become a part of his signature style.
Combining local Top End produce with Sel’s own style of Indian cuisine (Southern, Northern and Tandoori), Saffrron curates a seasonal menu designed to get people excited about food.
Saffrron uses 100% NT Seafood and sources fresh produce from local farms and markets.
