Hudson Apartment Hotels Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and changes must be lodged 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival. Failure to notify of cancellation will incur a fee equal to the first night's rate and balance of nights ( if any ) will be cancelled.

Hudson Apartment Hotels Group Cancellation Policy:

In the circumstance of bookings being cancelled or modified, written notice must be given, and the following terms and conditions will apply.

a) If the group booking is cancelled or modified within 48 hours’ notice from the arrival date, this will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation rate.

b) If the group booking is cancelled or modified within 7 days’ notice from the arrival date, this will incur a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total accommodation rate.

c) If the group booking is cancelled within 14 days’ notice from the arrival date, this will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation rate.

d) If cancellations occur outside of 14 days’ notice from the arrival date, no cancellation fees will be incurred, however the 25% deposit is retained.
