Royal Flying Doctor Service and Bombing of Darwin Tourist Facility

This marvelous re-creation of events showcases two iconic territory stories! The first being the founding of the Royal Flying Doctor Service in Darwin and the second being a WWII bombing of Darwin experience.

Darwin Military Museum

The Darwin Military Museum is located at East Point adjacent to the Defence of Darwin Experience. The site is within a heritage listed area that contains WWII fortifications. The No.2 gun turret is located within the Military Museum and, along with the No.1 gun turret, is one of the major fortifications at East Point.

Darwin Wartime Experience

The Darwin History and Wartime Experience is the leading heritage tour in the Northern Territory.


We offer a fun and informative tour through and around the city of Darwin in an unusual mode of transport - a genuine world war 2 army truck.

The Darwin Street Art Festival

The Darwin Street Art Festival was launched in 2017.


In a successful first year 8 murals were painted by high profile interstate and local artists and in 2018, another 16 murals were completed. The amazing murals can be found in the Darwin CBD and are growing each year with a record number of national and International artists attending throughout September to bring the city walls to life!

Aboriginal Art Fair

Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair, held annually in August, showcases contemporary fine art from over 70 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Centres at this extraordinary annual event. Held on Larrakia Country, the popular From Country to Couture celebrates the marriage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander contemporary fine art and high-end fashion.

Mason Art Gallery

The Mason Gallery brings to Darwin the distinctive designs and bright bold colours of art created by Aboriginal artists of the Arnhem Land, Central Desert and the Western Desert regions.

Darwin Festival

Darwin Festival combines warm outdoor festivities with a program rich with local, national and international talent. Cabaret, theatre, dance, visual arts, outdoor concerts under the stars and fun family events transform Darwin for 18 dazzling days and nights in August.

WWII Oil Storage Tunnels

Go back in time to Darwin's Top Secret WW2 Oil Storage Tunnels and walk through an underground heritage museum like no other!
